Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven hospitality professional to oversee beverage operations at a luxury resort environment. This role is responsible for leading the beverage program across outlets, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, supporting team development, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic, high-standard setting. What You Will Do Lead daily beverage operations across assigned outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and exceptional guest service. Develop, implement, and maintain beverage menus that align with guest preferences, brand standards, and business objectives. Monitor inventory, purchasing, ordering, and cost controls to support efficient and profitable operations. Train, coach, and schedule beverage team members to promote strong performance, product knowledge, and service standards. Oversee compliance with all safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and legal requirements. Collaborate with culinary, food and beverage, and leadership teams to create seamless guest experiences and support special events. Analyze sales, labor, and beverage performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure product quality and availability. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues with a service-focused approach. Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning for the beverage department. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in beverage management, food and beverage supervision, or a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and beverage service standards. Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and operational reporting. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining high service standards. Knowledge of applicable alcohol service, health, and safety regulations. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
