We want to be known as the best deli sandwiches around Winter Park! This is where you come in. As a Deli Shift Lead , you'll play a key role in keeping our deli running smoothly and ensuring every guest enjoys the Rudi's experience. You'll be hands-on with prepping/cooking ingredients, crafting sandwiches, and engaging with customers—all while leading by example and supporting the team.
