Job Description
Caraluzzi's Markets is seeking a motivated and hard working individual to manage & lead culinary operations in our Prepared Foods department. Our kitchens produce restaurant quality entrees, appetizers, side dishes, rotisserie items and extensive soup bar, along with a comprehensive holiday & party catering menu program. An ideal applicant would be able to: Lead associates by example Teach & motivate associates on proper recipe production methods Forecast customer needs and plan production accordingly Merchandise food so that it is visually appealing Interact frequently with customers and provide excellent customer service Able to maintain constant communications with associates & store team members Ensure safe food handling & safety guidelines are followed Minimum 5 years applicable experience required with some management experience. Applicant must have track record of excellent customer service and be able to demonstrate strong culinary skills. Competitive salary, and complete benefits package offered.
