Role:

The Cafe Lead plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for students and staff within the educational services sector. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe space. The Cafe Lead will also be instrumental in training and mentoring staff, fostering a positive team culture, and enhancing customer satisfaction. By implementing effective inventory management and cost control measures, the Cafe Lead will contribute to the financial success of the cafe. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a food service or cafe environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cafe operations, including staff management, customer service, and food preparation.
