Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Takeout Supervisor to lead our takeout service team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Supervise takeout staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality Coordinate daily takeout operations, including order accuracy, timely delivery, and cleanliness of the work area Assist guests with placing orders via phone, online platforms, or in person while providing clear communication and friendly service Ensure proper use of Toast POS system. Train new team members on restaurant procedures, POS systems, and customer service expectations Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and guest feedback to improve service quality Support the team in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction Skills Prior experience as a takeout specialist with supervisory exerience preferred.
