Compensation:

$18.50 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Experience in the food service industry. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
