Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor, 2nd shift is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, food safety and employee supervision. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and achievement of key performance goals while maintaining product integrity throughout the cold chain. Key Responsibilities Supervise shipping, receiving and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, productivity and customer satisfaction. Train, coach and develop warehouse team members. Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, labor productivity and throughput goals. Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, OSHA regulations and food safety standards. Maintain product quality by monitoring temperatures, handling procedures and sanitation practices. Generate operational reports using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ensure facility security, cleanliness and protection of customer inventory. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, or food industry supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; WMS experience preferred. Ability to operate and obtain certification on powered industrial trucks (forklifts). Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently. Work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Why Join Agile?
