Up to $150,000 + Bonus.

Multi-Concept Restaurant Group seeks a Culinary Director to elevate seafood, menu strategy, BOH systems, and chef development.
Qualifications:
Recent high-end seafood and sophisticated menu-development experience required. Fine dining or elevated chef-driven restaurant experience required. Strong menu engineering, recipe costing, food-cost, purchasing, and inventory expertise. Multi-unit culinary leadership and Executive Chef development experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead culinary strategy, menu development, and execution across three distinct restaurant concepts. Elevate the flagship seafood program while maintaining each restaurant's individual culinary identity. Build disciplined BOH systems around recipes, costing, purchasing, inventory, yields, waste, and execution. Coach Executive Chefs and partner with ownership and FOH leaders to improve quality, accountability, and profitability.
