Shift Leader/Cashier

Job Summary We're looking for an energetic and reliable Shift Leader/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that helps keep our operations running smoothly during your shift. You'll handle customer transactions, support team members, and ensure our guests have a great experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and process orders efficiently using our POS system. Manage cash handling with accuracy and integrity, ensuring all transactions are correct. Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are maintained during your shift. Support team members with food production, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area and dining room. Supervise shift activities, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures. Train new staff on restaurant procedures, POS operation, and customer service expectations. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to promote a positive dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred; hospitality or restaurant management background is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the US Must be able to work weekends and holidays Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in food industry roles like catering, casual dining service is advantageous.
