Food Service Director Do you love bringing people together over a great meal — and leading a team that makes it happen? We're looking for a Food Service Director to take the reins of our dining program and deliver food that residents actually look forward to. In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of our dining services, from menu planning to kitchen operations, while building a team culture rooted in quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

What You'll Do:

Plan and oversee menus that meet nutritional guidelines while keeping meals appealing and satisfying for residents Manage day-to-day kitchen and dining operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and state/federal regulations Manage food and supply budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships Lead, mentor, and develop dietary staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support resident care plans and special dietary needs
