Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food safety practices, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations to ensure a safe environment. Support bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and managing food delivery to optimize service flow. Handle cash transactions efficiently while demonstrating strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service or fast-food restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.
