Marco's Pizza Shift Lead -Apopka Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Time Management. Product, service, and image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco's. We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS, we are willing to train you if you have what it takes. We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers. They are very well paid and have various incentives in place. The position will give you the Management experience you will need, not only with us but with any employer you ever work for in the future. We have lots of opportunity for growth for those that want it and work hard for it. It's a fast-paced, FUN environment. We will train you to work all positions in the restaurant and train you on how to manage people and shifts and a profitable business.
