Manage shift operations effectively by coordinating tasks, monitoring service flow, and resolving any issues promptly. Implement food production procedures for banquet events, catering services, and fine dining experiences to deliver seamless service. Maintain accurate records of food handling, inventory management, and safety inspections to support operational excellence. Qualifications Proven supervising experience within a fast-paced culinary environment, preferably with banquet or catering experience. Strong background in food production, kitchen management, and restaurant operations with a focus on fine dining or hospitality settings. Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and health regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under pressure. Experience with menu planning, cost control, inventory management, and food service management. Excellent communication skills complemented by leadership qualities that motivate staff and foster teamwork. Familiarity with dietary department standards and catering requirements is highly desirable.
