Director of Food and Beverage HHC Atlantic LLC Delray Beach, FL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Managing hospitality teams Team development Team management Full Job Description About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Food and Beverage Operations to lead and elevate all dining experiences across The Seagate Hotel and The Seagate Clubs, including the Beach Club, Country Club, and Yacht Club. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service standards across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a luxury, multi-outlet environment and is passionate about creating innovative, high-quality dining and member experiences.
What You Do:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all food and beverage outlets across the resort and club properties Oversee restaurants, bars, pools, culinary operations, in-room dining, beverage programs, and event services Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and Marketing teams to drive revenue, optimize events, and enhance brand visibility Develop and execute innovative, brand-aligned menus, beverage programs, and dining experiences for guests and members Create and implement annual operating plans, including staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategies Drive revenue growth through effective financial management, cost controls, and performance tracking Monitor daily operations to ensure exceptional service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Lead, coach, and develop department leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams Design and implement training programs to enhance service delivery and operational excellence Establish, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures and brand standards across all outlets Conduct regular operational meetings to align teams on performance, goals, and service initiatives Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost of goods, including food, beverage, and labor controls Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement Align food and beverage strategies with overall resort and club objectives in partnership with executive leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the local community Collaborate with marketing to support promotions, events, and brand positioning initiatives Support recruiting, employee relations, and team development in partnership with HR Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements Foster a positive team culture through engagement, recognition, and leadership presence Support and execute special events to enhance business performance and guest experience Oversee POS systems to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and optimization Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring to theTable:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations, including multi-unit and luxury hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cuisine, wine, spirits, and current industry trends Proven leadership ability with strong communication, coaching, and team development skills Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss management, and cost controls Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced operations with a hands-on leadership approach Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a complex, multi-outlet environment Experience with POS and reservation systems (for example Agilysys, MICROS, Jonas) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, purchasing, and inventory management Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred ServSafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for luxury hospitality and lifestyle experiences Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort and club properties for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform operational tasks Strong visual and auditory ability to oversee operations and communicate effectivelySimilar jobs in Delray Beach, FL
