Position Summary The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations, supporting service staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming senior living environment. This role combines hands-on leadership, team development, and operational excellence to create a memorable dining experience for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant and dining room operations. Lead, train, coach, and support service team members. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage. Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization. Assist with service during busy meal periods and special events. Ensure dining areas are properly set, reset, and prepared for service. Promote a positive, resident-focused dining experience. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant experience required. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience working with seniors is a plus!
