Full-Time Shift Lead - Juice Bar We don't often hire Shift Leads from outside our team because we typically promote from within. As Juice Society continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, dependable Shift Lead who can step in, lead by example, and help keep our standards high. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll work alongside the team while helping oversee the flow of the shift, customer experience, product quality, cleanliness, organization, and execution of our daily standards. We're looking for someone who is confident, positive, organized, and naturally takes ownership. Someone who can keep things moving during a rush, communicate clearly, coach a team when needed, and notice the little things without having to be asked.

Responsibilities:

Lead the team and help manage daily shift operations Open and/or close the store Set the pace and lead by example Deliver an exceptional customer experience Ensure recipes, presentation, and product quality meet Juice Society standards Delegate tasks and keep the team productive throughout the shift Train and support team members Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store Monitor product freshness, quality, and proper rotation Handle cash and daily opening/closing procedures Assist with inventory and receiving Communicate effectively with management and the team Step in wherever needed — this is a hands-on role You may be a great fit if you are: A natural leader who takes initiative Dependable and punctual Friendly, upbeat, and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable giving direction and maintaining standards Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator Someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way

Requirements:

Previous leadership, shift lead, hospitality, café, restaurant, or food-service experience preferred Open availability, including weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and able to consistently maintain scheduled availability About Juice Society Juice Society is a locally owned organic juicery built around one simple idea: quality matters.
