We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Math & Science Content Area Coach who is committed to systemic student success and building teacher capacity through strength-based coaching practices. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can leverage data, cultivate collaborative relationships, and lead continuous improvement efforts that result in increased student achievement in mathematics. This position will play a critical role in supporting high-quality, benchmark-aligned instruction through coaching cycles, professional learning, collaborative planning, and data-driven decision-making. This aligns with Groveland Elementary's established focus on using data analysis, collaborative planning, and coaching to strengthen instructional practice and improve student outcomes.
