Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shift Leader to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, specifically in pizza operations, with a proven ability to lead a team, ensure high-quality food production, and maintain excellent customer service. Duties Supervise daily operations within the food service environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions. Coordinate kitchen management tasks, including food production processes, inventory control, and quality assurance. Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff to promote skill enhancement and career growth. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to provide a safe environment for both employees and guests. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in the hotel or food industry is preferred. Proven team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Strong cash handling experience with attention to detail in financial transactions. Knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food production techniques and inventory control methods. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
