  • Full-time We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our culinary and beverage operations.
This role requires a passionate leader who can elevate our guest experience through impeccable service standards, innovative menu planning, and efficient management of all food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations across the Opal Collection properties, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and optimize cost control. Lead, motivate, and train food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest preferences. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation policies are strictly adhered to in compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals. Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a leading market position.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or in a senior food and beverage management position. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures. Ability to analyze financial data and develop profitable business strategies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Willingness to work in Portsmouth, NH and travel between properties as needed.
