Position Restaurant Supervisor Reporting Relationship Restaurant Manager FLSA Status Non-Exempt Position Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the restaurant/outlet staff. In this daily role they would ensure all company, health and liquor standards are met and service is a top priority.
Core Responsibilities:
 Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks.  Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job.  Communicates the events and any special activity in the hotel or restaurant.  Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant  Reports any safety or health concerns  Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs  Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Good communication skills verbal and written  High work ethic and self-initiative  Regular attendance according to established guidelines  May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property  Focus and maintain attention to multiple tasks in a short time period, and complete work assignments within deadline demands, despite frequent interruptions  Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times  Ability to effectively supervise associates  Strong problem solving skills  Efficient with technology and systems  Well versed in health and liquor guidelines
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time  Lift approximately thirty (30) pounds  Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing, listening and hearing ability and visual ability  Extreme temperatures  Odors  Noise  Speak, listen, write
