This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. The Production Supervisor for the Leo Dispenser is responsible for leading a fast-paced, rate-driven manufacturing environment. This role ensures execution across cost, quality, schedule, and safety while supporting increasing production demands and workforce growth. The supervisor will lead a multifunctional team and drive performance to meet program objectives.

Yes Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations in a high-tempo, rate production environment
• Ensure adherence to cost, quality, schedule, and safety (CQSS) targets
• Supervise and support a team of production employees, ensuring proper staffing and coverage
• Coordinate across multifunctional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, planning) to resolve issues and maintain flow
• Drive on-time delivery across multiple shipsets and tiered build structures
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to address gaps
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and compliance with all safety requirements
• Ensure product quality standards are met and reduce defects/rework
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees as production ramps
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of rate production and workflow management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace or complex assembly manufacturing
• Background leading multifunctional teams
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles
• Experience managing tiered production builds or multiple shipsets
