About the Role The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting the daily operations of Angler's Hotel's food and beverage outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and making sure every shift runs smoothly. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervise team members during assigned shifts, support training and coaching, maintain service and presentation standards, and help ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service. This position will also assist with staffing levels, inventory and supplies, guest concerns, special events, and daily operational needs. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and other hotel departments, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will help create a positive team environment while maintaining the standards and service that define the Angler's guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hotel operations. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to lead, support, and motivate employees during assigned shifts. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and daily restaurant operations. Basic knowledge of inventory, ordering, and cost control practices. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary education preferred. Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Angler's?
