As a Team Leader, you will oversee team performance, ensure food safety standards, and drive operational excellence to create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. Your energetic approach will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts while maintaining a lively and positive environment. Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reducing waste to optimize profitability. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including food safety protocols and sanitation practices. Support shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising team members, and resolving customer concerns promptly. Assist with interviewing potential team members and participate in hiring processes to build a strong workforce. Maintain a high level of customer service by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction. Drive sales growth through upselling techniques and promotional initiatives while fostering a fun and energetic workplace culture. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with a background in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management preferred. Demonstrated supervising experience with strong leadership skills in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control procedures, and food industry best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and motivate teams toward common goals. Experience in managing shifts, budgeting, and operational planning within casual dining or similar environments. Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is highly desirable; barista or hotel experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.
