You will oversee food preparation, customer service, and team management to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. Your role is vital in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a positive and motivating environment for your team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced, vibrant food service setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during your shift, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and communicate supply needs to prevent shortages. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience. Conduct staff training sessions on food production, customer service, and operational procedures. Assist with shift management tasks including scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash reconciliation. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling expertise. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant management roles. Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory control. Strong communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, training, and team leadership. Experience with managing inventory control, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis in a restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in casual dining or hospitality management is highly desirable to excel in this role.
