The ideal candidate will bring expertise in wine selection, purchasing, inventory management, and staff education, while playing an integral role in daily floor operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Desired Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of French wines, including major Crus, Classified Growths, and key wine regions Minimum of 3 years managing a wine program, including list development, purchasing, inventory, and staff training Minimum of 3 years of restaurant operations or beverage management experience Experience overseeing daily restaurant/ floor operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff Proficiency in beverage inventory systems and strong computer skills preferred Sommelier certification preferred Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach with a commitment to hospitality excellence Pastis Miami is an equal opportunity employer.
