Whether assisting with fine dining, catering events, or daily restaurant operations, your enthusiasm and professionalism will be key to our success. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and serve food and beverages efficiently Ensure all food handling and serving procedures comply with food safety sanitizing protocols and food safety management standards Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet quality expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup, clearing, and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace safely while managing dietary or special requests with care Demonstrate wine knowledge to assist guests in selecting beverages that complement their meals Manage customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive dining experience Support team members in food industry operations including duties or other hospitality services as needed Experience Proven experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments. Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices Experience using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus for supporting large events effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse settings Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling safely while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards in the food industry Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
