Job Description

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for a motivated, energetic Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead by example, and help drive an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in all daily operations Lead shifts and supervise team members Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff Ensure excellent guest service and strong operational standards Help manage labor, scheduling, food costs, and inventory Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand compliance Set the tone with positivity, urgency, and accountability
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred Strong communication and team-building skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Desire and ability to grow into a General Manager role
