Erin McKenna's Bakery is a pioneer in gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-sensitive, and vegan baking. Located in the heart of Disney Springs, we pride ourselves on creating delicious, inclusive treats and providing an exceptional guest experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Front of House Lead to join our retail team.Position Overview:
The FOH Lead plays a key role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming guest experience while supporting daily operations. This individual partners with management to lead front-of-house staff, uphold service and merchandise standards, and maintain a positive, efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:
Champion an outstanding guest experience through engagement, hospitality, and responsiveness Support and guide FOH staff during shifts to ensure high performance and morale Partner with Managers in overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, production flow, merchandise presentation, and inventory control Maintain thorough knowledge of allergen and dietary information to support guest needs and safety Ensure merchandise displays and cleanliness standards are upheld consistently throughout shifts Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation procedures Assist management with operational and administrative tasks Co-manage third-party delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats) Open and close the bakery in partnership with management Maintain working knowledge of all bakery roles to provide flexible support where needed Complete end-of-day paperwork, close out registers, and reconcile safe contentsRequirements:
1+ year of experience in customer service or hospitality (lead or supervisory experience preferred) Basic math skills for register operations and safe reconciliation Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment Availability for night and day shifts, including weekends and holidaysBenefits:
