Orlando's favorite ice cream shop is opening this winter in Lake Mary! Are you someone who leads by example, loves making people smile, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment? Join Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream as a Shift Leader ! We're looking for a customer-focused leader who brings positivity, teamwork, and great energy to every shift. What you'll do: Lead by example and coach team members to deliver outstanding service. Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish. Handle opening and closing duties, including counting drawers and securing the store. Maintain quality assurance and uphold our standards for cleanliness and product presentation. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Foster a fun, supportive, and efficient work environment.
