Job Description
About us We are professional, agile fast growing company and our goal is sweet and simple (pun intended). We aim to deliver the freshest and warmest baked goods right to your doorstep. Night Owl Cookies is seeking Supervisors to join our team. As a well-established and highly regarded restaurant in South Florida, and South Florida's first late night cookie delivery service, we have now expanded into Orlando.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shift
- Supervise staff members to maintain high-quality service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Make all orders with pride and excellence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or shift supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
