Job Description
Please note: Nona Blue conducts criminal background checks as part of our hiring process. SUMMARY Coordinates restaurant activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Qualified candidate has 3 years of prior supervisory and/or serving experience within a high-volume restaurant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) Responsible for complete floor maintenance (table set up, chairs, floor free from linens and debris and food) Restroom checks
- every 15 minutes Silver rolled and stocked Patio set and maintained Menus collected and placed at Front Desk Server sides stations cleared of dishes and debris Responds to guests needs and complaints Reports any employee issues (tardiness, guest dissatisfaction, insubordination) to a Manager on Duty immediately Runs food when needed Handles to-go phone orders Assists in planning the floor
- reservations and large parties Assists with deliveries Compiles Hot Topics and notes
- to be shared daily at lineup Handles Comps, voids, cashouts, transfers, gift card purchases Distributes tip share and paychecks Notifies the Manager of any call outs Assists with clock in/out issues
