This role may include leadership in one or more of the following departments: Guest Services Department + Ensure every customer has a fast, friendly, and positive experience + Execute sales promotions effectively + Oversee training and performance of service crew + Maintain a clean and organized front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru Kitchen Department + Oversee food quality, safety, and speed of service + Train kitchen crew on food production procedures and new menu items + Manage inventory and food cost control + Ensure kitchen standards align with health and safety guidelines People Department + Recruit, train, and schedule crew based on business needs + Drive retention through onboarding, motivation, and recognition programs + Promote a positive work culture and strong team dynamics Who We're Looking For + Previous McDonald's Department Manager experience required + Must be 18 years or older + Strong leadership and communication skills + Passion for people, performance, and fast-paced environments + Flexible availability and a team-first mindset Ready to Lead?
