The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our café maintains high standards of food safety and service quality. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient operations. Provide training and support to staff on customer service best practices, food preparation, and safety protocols. Manage cash handling procedures, including accurate cashiering and basic math tasks. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Maintain inventory levels and assist with food handling and preparation as needed. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Requirements Proven experience in the food industry or café setting, with barista experience preferred. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong communication skills to lead a diverse team effectively. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
