Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Cook and prepare menu items with consistency and quality Stock and maintain all kitchen stations throughout shifts Prep ingredients and ensure backups are ready for service Organize inventory and rotate products (FIFO) Assist with ordering and tracking low-stock items Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Lead by example and help support the team during busy shifts Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations Support catering events or special functions by preparing meals and supervising serving staff as needed Experience Kitchen experience in a restaurant setting Strong background in food preparation, food handling, and meal assembly across Familiarity with menu planning, catering services, and serving in fast-paced food industry Demonstrated proficiency in knife skills, food safety standards, and general kitchen operations is essential for success Prior leadership experience as a shift lead or line cook showcases your ability to motivate team members and manage workflow effectively Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
