Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an F&B Lead, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences. As an F&B Lead, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service across various dining settings, from casual to fine dining. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive the success of our food service operations while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation, service, and kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Train, develop, and mentor staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Lead shift management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods. Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all food handling activities. Support catering, banquet events, bar services, and special functions to deliver memorable guest experiences. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of restaurant management systems including POS platforms like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or food service management roles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously. Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and operational standards. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a food industry setting. Familiarity with casual dining, fine dining, catering operations, and hotel or banquet environments is highly desirable.
