Chick-fil-A, Tyrone Blvd - Back of House Leader We're seeking reliable and experienced leaders to drive excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and support kitchen team members Ensure food quality, speed, and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Train and coach team members

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual Strong communicator and team player Comfortable in a high-volume environment Takes initiative and leads by example

Requirements:

MUST be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma required, college or culinary degrees preferred Minimum two (2) years experience leading in a high volume kitchen Working knowledge of labor and productivity management Working knowledge of food cost, LEAN principles and waste tracking Working knowledge of food safety principles ServSafe Manager Certification, preferred Ability to work in freezer and cooler environments Ability to properly use and work from a ladder Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height
