Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front of House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, customer service, and restaurant management. Duties Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, coaching, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee customer service delivery, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional attention Manage POS systems such as Cake POS and CakePop POS for order processing, payments, and reporting Coordinate food and beverage service, including food preparation oversight when necessary Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and assist with inventory control procedures Enforce food safety standards and proper food handling practices in compliance with health regulations Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen teams during service shifts Lead staff training initiatives focused on hospitality excellence, food safety, and operational procedures Conduct shift management activities including opening/closing procedures and ensuring operational readiness Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Cake POS and CakePop POS for transaction processing and reporting Experience in food preparation, food safety management, and culinary operations within casual dining or fine dining settings Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively with leadership skills in training, development, and performance management Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and team leadership Skilled in managing hospitality teams across shift management, catering operations, or banquet services Proficient in basic math for cash handling, inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis Knowledge of food industry standards including food production, catering experience, bar operations, coffee service or serving roles Ability to enforce food safety regulations and uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Experience managing hospitality teams with a focus on food safety management and customer service excellence Join us as a Front of House Supervisor where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
