Job Description

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about leading a team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee the staff schedules. Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. Estimate food and beverage costs. Hire and train restaurant staff. Manage inventory and purchases food and supplies. Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Periodically evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service. Maintain sales records and track cash receipts. Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the F&B Director. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Excellent time management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred. Must be eligible to work in the
USA Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
