As a Shift Leader , you will be responsible for leading your team through daily meal service, while serving "comeback quality" food each and every day. Shift Leaders are responsible for using the tools we have to ensure consistency in execution, validating the training of new team members, setting clear priorities for the shift and working directly with the General Manager to build a high performing team.
