In this pivotal role, you will help lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Your passion for food, hospitality, and team leadership will drive the success of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills in a fast-paced, lively setting where innovation and teamwork are celebrated. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Help in food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards and consistency Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficient cash handling skills Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training and team management. Familiarity with inventory control practices and food management processes in casual or fine dining settings Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous assistant manager experience preferred.
