```html Food & Beverage Director - Task Force Omaha, Nebraska (Immediate Start - Through End of June) We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to join our team immediately and support operations through the end of June. This temporary assignment includes oversight during a critical peak period—specifically the two weeks in June when Omaha hosts the NCAA Men's College World Series, our busiest time of the year. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and direction to all Food & Beverage operations. Manage and oversee restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and quality. Coordinate and supervise banquet and event management activities. Oversee meeting and event spaces to ensure seamless execution during high-volume periods. Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency. Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet peak demand requirements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role. Strong banquet and event management background. Demonstrated ability to oversee both restaurant operations and meeting/event spaces. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods. Immediate availability to start and commit through the end of June. Could be extended longer. ```
