Overview We're looking for friendly, energetic Crew Members to join our team and help deliver a fun, fast-paced dining experience. As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of our café — serving up delicious smoothies and food with a smile. If you enjoy working in a lively environment and love providing great customer service, this is the perfect role for you! Duties Prepare and assemble menu items such as smoothies, sandwiches, and snacks following established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle food safely by following sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and equipment; assist with bussing tables and food prep as needed. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while processing transactions quickly. Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is beneficial. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays. A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
