Job Summary As a McDonald's Area Supervisor, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within your designated region. Duties Lead and support multiple restaurant teams by providing guidance on operational procedures, customer service standards, and team development strategies. Collaborate with restaurant managers to execute business plans, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Manage operational activities across locations, including inventory control, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and financial oversight. Drive strategic planning initiatives to meet sales targets, improve customer satisfaction scores, and enhance overall business performance. Oversee budgeting processes at the regional level, ensuring effective allocation of resources while maintaining profitability. Foster cross-functional collaboration among teams to streamline operations and implement best practices across all locations. Engage with senior leadership by communicating insights on regional performance, presenting data-driven recommendations for growth strategies, and participating in executive meetings. Requirements Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail or foodservice environment with a focus on operational management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams at an executive level. Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with senior executives and team members alike. Demonstrated project management expertise with a track record of executing strategic initiatives successfully. Business management acumen including financial management, budgeting, and data-driven decision making. Experience in operational management with a focus on process improvement and business development. Ability to negotiate effectively and lead cross-functional collaboration efforts across multiple locations. Strategic thinker with a passion for team development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement efforts.
