Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Ability to interpret instructions, production requirements, and operational processes Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong communication and leadership support skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Provide direction and guidance to production employees to ensure work meets required specifications Audit work processes and product output to ensure compliance with quality and production standards Ensure established procedures are consistently followed on the production floor Assist with onboarding and training new employees and coordinate temporary labor support Maintain and update daily production records and generate reports for management Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety programs, maintenance activities, and special projects Identify and report operational issues, safety concerns, and opportunities for efficiency improvements Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable safety regulations (OSHA, PPE requirements, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Why This Role?
