Overview The Restaurant Cash Management Team facilitates and provides accounting support for end-to-end Restaurant payment processes and cash management insights. This is a professional level role responsible for leading initiatives that support the Restaurant Cash Management team's core systems and processes. Individual will oversee the product management lifecycle of one or more systems leveraged by the Restaurant Cash Management team that enable cash management, payment, and reconciliation support for Chick-fil-A Operators and their teams.

This role serves as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and operate efficiently within the broader financial ecosystem. Individual will provide 2nd mile service to Operators, team members, staff and 3rd party vendors. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Restaurant payment systems, including the development of technical documentation, user guides, and robust accounting controls to ensure scalability and data integrity Communicate project timelines, Key Performance Indicators, status updates, and resource requirements to Financial Services leadership Serve as the RCM subject matter expert in partnership with Digital Transformation & Technology and external vendors to lead cross-functional projects, manage system upgrades, and influence decisions on third-party platform selection Ensure effective change management for impacted audiences during system updates Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain system controls including the development of accounting policies as needed Propose and champion enhancements and change opportunities to current and future processes Utilize analytical platforms to proactively assess cash and credit risks, communicating and influencing decisions surrounding potential issues that may impact financial results Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Builds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and responsibilities continually prioritizing what's most important Analytical and detail-oriented Self-driven, exhibiting a personal drive for excellence, eagerness to learn, and requiring minimal supervision Active listening and strong communication skills Ability to facilitate or present in large group settings Knowledge and understanding of Chick-fil-A's standard suite of work solutions knowledge or ability to learn new financial systems and/or reporting tools Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Certified public accountant Required Years of Experience 4 Travel Requirements 10% Required Level of Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Level of Education Master's Degree Preferred Major/Concentration
