In this vital role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences across various settings, including fine dining, catering, and banquet events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage food production, coordinate menu planning, and uphold rigorous food safety protocols while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served Lead and motivate kitchen staff by providing clear direction, training, and support to enhance team performance and morale Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of ingredients Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen operations Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to plan menus that meet client specifications while managing food costs effectively Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods Implement quality control measures to uphold the restaurant's reputation for fine dining excellence Experience Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment with a focus on fine dining or banquet services Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and food handling procedures Strong background in kitchen management including inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost management Experience in catering or large-scale event food service is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment Familiarity with culinary arts, food industry standards, and hospitality best practices Prior experience in restaurant management or food service management roles is preferred Join us as a Kitchen Supervisor where your culinary expertise and leadership will elevate our dining experiences!
