Unicoi State Park & Lodge is seeking a strategic, hands-on Food & Beverage Director to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across our property—including our signature restaurants, Smith Creek Tavern and Anna's Italian, banquet and catering services, and group events. About the Role As Food & Beverage Director, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all dining outlets and event services across the Lodge. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building a strong, service-driven culture. You'll oversee multiple concepts—each with its own identity—while ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability across the entire F&B operation.
