Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions. Works with Site Lead and Interim Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Ability to lead shift operations, positioning of team members, and opening/closing procedures during their shift. Ability to lead while assisting team members with daily operations. Must be able to fill all team member positions if needed. Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder. Assists restaurant leadership in execution of weekly and monthly goals Maintainsa positive working relationship and treats all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback. Follow sanitation and safety procedures. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Requirements Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. Positive attitude. Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team. Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
