Job Description

Packaging Supervisor Must have prior experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Provide all aspects of Team leadership to Production employees. Personnel responsibilities will include but not limited to, proper employee staffing levels, utilization of continuous team building techniques to maintain a high level of motivation and morale. The organization of employee training processes to assure that employee base is well qualified for all production operations and trained on all safety procedures within the production area and company SOP's and GMP's. The Production Supervisor will resolve conflicts and disciplinary actions when required. Interaction with the Maintenance Department to ensure that equipment is constantly maintained and fully operational levels to achieve maximum efficiency. The maintaining of targeted production efficiency for the individual production lines and contributions to the total Plant efficiency is a primary responsibility. Accountabilities Solidify open communication with employees and the support Departments Implement company's organizational and operational principals Coach the Production team to establish performance measures to achieve designated objectives and deliver business results Conduct regular communication meetings with Team Leaders and production team to recognize successes, review action plans to resolve open issues Analyze production reports and data to identify adverse trends and create corrective action plans. Experience:
