Lead shifts while supporting the Assistant Manager and General Manager. Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members. Help train and onboard new employees. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of service during your shift.
